
During our initial German version of our Geodata Kiosk, you will be able to get assistance from RapidEye's Customer Service Department by sending an email to sales@rapideye.de in the event that you can't find the assistance you need in our FAQs or our Geodata Kiosk User Manual.
Once our international version of our Geodata Kiosk is released, each user will be asked to select a Dealer or Distributor in their geographic area. This Dealer will be the customer contact for any problems that may be encountered on the RapidEye Geodata Kiosk.
